I run AiGENT85 myself, so you deal with one person from the first call to every monthly check-in. I spent two years learning to build websites and automation before taking on a single client, because I didn't want to learn on your dime.

Before this I built a music review channel to 60,000 subscribers, so I know what it takes to get people's attention and keep it. I'm a portrait artist and music producer too. Call me a jack of all trades. It turns out that's exactly what a small business needs: someone who can handle the design, the tech, and the marketing without handing you off to three different people.

I'm based in Tampa Bay and I work with local businesses. My friends call me TC.

Is the mockup really free?

Yes. You see your new homepage before you spend anything. If you don't like it, you owe nothing.

What does the $300 a month cover?

Hosting the lead system and AI chat, monitoring that everything works, fixes, and small updates like new photos, hours, or services. Bigger new features are quoted separately.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your domain, your content, and your leads belong to you.

Will the AI chat say something wrong to my customers?

It only answers from information you approve, like hours, services, service area, and FAQs. It never quotes prices or promises dates. Anything it can't answer goes straight to you.

What's "AI search visibility"?

More people now ask ChatGPT or Google's AI "who's a good fence company near me?" I set up your site so those tools can read it clearly and recommend you.

I already have a website. Can you fix it instead?

Often, yes. Start with a Fix-It Job, or I'll tell you honestly whether a rebuild makes more sense.

Do you work outside Tampa?

Mostly Tampa Bay, but everything works remotely, so reach out wherever you are.
